In June 2020, I launched an Instagram account called Social Media Tea. My intention was to give my marketing industry peers an outlet where they could anonymously spill their secrets, their frustrations, and their experiences about working in social media.
Social Media Tea has since grown to have more than 23,000 followers across Instagram, Threads, and Facebook, and gets new confessions from digital marketers and content creators daily.
It has been many in the marketing industry as "therapy for social media managers" and a "cathartic experience for people who work online."
